New Team Members For 2004
Congratulations and welcome to the new team members for 2004! We are excited to have 20 new members for the coming year and look forward to meeting each of you at the New Member Party and Team Kick-Off next month. In the meantime, BTT'ers participate in many of the local holiday road races so keep an eye out for our uniforms and be sure to introduce yourself. One new member already did - can you spot her in the picture taken at last week's Gobble, Gobble, Gobble? Here's a listing of the 2004 new members: Matthew Bergin (Matt), Allegra Calder, Christine Claypoole, Annie Conklin, Kathy Connolly (KC), James Daily (Jeff), Vincent Faber (Vince), Josh Fisher, Bobby Gaudreau, Gabriel Grant (Gabe), Brian Greenberg, Ece Karatan, Roma Kusznir, Jacques Langlois, Larissa Lucas, David Mak (Dave), Chris Ricker, Steve Sian, Austin Whitman and Kristen Wozny.
Winter Indoor Track Workouts
Come to indoor track workouts coached by Dan Fitzgerald and Sarah Keller every Wednesday night at 6:00pm at the Harvard Indoor Track. These workouts will emphasize form and safe progression for all involved. Guaranteed to improve your mechanics and turnover! Dan is a Pro Level Trainer at Longfellow gym in Natick, MA. He is a certified Personal Trainer through NASM, ACE and FRA. Dan has been doing triathlons for 4 years, and has completed Sprint to Ironman distance races.

Spin Classes At IBC
Participants set up their own bikes and wind trainers and are guided through a 1.5-hour class developed to improve all levels of cyclists, from beginners to elites. Each class will include drills, interval training and time trials. BTT members get a 20% discount on the price of classes. Please contact BTT'er Jay Marschall for more information.

XC Skiing
Once there's snow on the ground, BTT'ers tend to make the transition from biking to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. We will once again have the XC Links page on the team website but are also looking for members to "lead the charge" to organize specific training/social outings. If you are interested in these types of activities, please post on the bulletin board to get the dialogue going.

2004 Team Events
Yes, it's early to start to think about 2004 events, but the EC is hard at work trying to lay the ground work for another successful season in the new year. We are in the planning stages for the New Member Party for January, the Kick-Off Party in late January, the Training Weekend for May and plenty of other great events throughout the season. If you are interested in helping to plan any of these events or have suggestions for new events, please contact Pete Cadwell for more information
Race Reports
We've had so many race reports written in 2003 and are looking for more! The feedback that we receive from members reading these reports are fabulous, so if you do a race, or are even just watching a race and want to let us know about it, please take the time to do a small (or lengthy) write-up to be posted for all to see. Check out the latest reports from Liz Hale.
